Tai Chi

Tai Chi is refreshing, therapeutic, and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as arthritis foundations are recommending Sun Style Tai Chi. Many elderly clients and elementary kids love it. The gentle gliding moves are a great addition to any program. Here are some simple basic moves to get you started. Dr. Paul Lam has been a advocate for Tai Chi and these movements were taken from his handbook.
Benefits include; flexibility, strength, improved immunity, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, improved posture, improved energy with improved integration of body, soul, and mind.
