Spider Web Writing
This is a hit with kids every year. If they do not like to write, try this one. They will start writing the alphabet and not want to stop.
Supplies: pencil, scissors, glue, white pencil/crayon, 1 dark piece of colored paper (black, navy,…) Other therapy ideas;
OT: write problem letters, alpha order, letter formations, trace legs, glitter on web and add a spider
PT: every time they complete a move they can put a fly on the web that they drew while standing on a rocker board
ST: articulation-place flies upside down and pick up a fly with a letter on it and say the letter sound
