Kids Morning Workout for Emotional Regulation

If you are able to do it with your clients the first time or demonstrate each workout element, they will enjoy it and put more energy into the workout. Emotions often are stressed with transitioning between environments, so if kids can know that as soon as they transition to the classroom, for example, they will get to do elements on this list it can have a calming regulatory effect making them more successful. NOTE: Large body movements help to regulate emotions.
