Body Socks are a great addition to an obstacle course, providing some kids the proprioceptive feedback they need to their sensory system. Other kids prefer to be squashed between to cushions. And some kids just like both.
OPTION: We had a client carry two containers filled with water (and red paint) and they enjoyed it. Clients usually gravitate toward what they need. So have fun figuring it all out.
NOTE: You can order body socks on line and they come in several different sizes. We used them in our October Obstacle course and called it Ghost Walking.
