Visual processing is vital to academic success. So much learning is in written form. You cannot fix and error if you do not see it. This tool is helpful in developing the visual skills needed to correct writing errors and locating them.
All you need is scissors and glue.
OPTIONS: Let kids develop a strategy to help be accurate in duplicating the presented shamrock pattern. This can include numbers, doodling, etc. Let them discover how to approach a potentially difficult task and be successful.
If at first they do not succeed, let them try doing it again and talk them thru the problems they had the first time and how it can be adapted to be easier. So much learning is available in how this task is approached.
