Strawberry: I Love You Berry Much!
Supplies:
**Construction paper as your base (1 piece)
**Option to use Black & Red Paint (it can be substituted by a black and red markers)
**Option to use a Pipe Cleaner to apply black paint
**Marker of choice to write a message
**Glue stick top paste strawberry top on (2 sizes depending on what size handprint is used)
**Scissors to cut out stem
Note: If you do not have a sink nearby, have some wet towels on hand to clean paint off of hands.
This activity can be fun for older clients as well especially when working on standing tolerance. Adapting it for a grandchild would be another variation that works.
PT: May choose to do part of this task standing on 1 leg or with light wrist weights.
